Therapy for Depression
You have been in bed ALLLL day and you are still so exhausted. Just the thought of putting your feet on the ground makes you pull the covers over your head. You check your phone and there are 15 texts, some from friends asking if you are ok. You just don’t have the energy or motivation to text back. You haven’t been out of the house in 2 days. When you think of going outside to go for a walk, something you usually enjoy, you just roll over and put on another Netflix movie for background noise. You cry easily and get irritated at silly things. Making a simple decision, even what to eat for dinner, just seems overwhelming.
